E-mailThese are your e-mails to clients and other contacts.
PlannerThe Planner section contains tools for managing your activities and tasks.
ContactsThis section stores a list of your contacts from clients and suppliers. You can see the recent quotes & jobs with the contact as well as your recent sales history.
CustomersCustomer accounts are used when creating a quote or job in the Transactions Module. Within this section you can assign a customer multiple addresses and contacts. If products have been setup, you can assign special Contract Pricing for a customer. Also, you can preset special comments for easy loading in jobs & quotes for a customer.
ProspectsProspects are potential customers. This section allows you to see the prospects of the company, including which Sales Rep initiated contact with them and when the last contact was.
StaffStaff are other users in your company.
