The Planner section contains tools for managing your activities and tasks.
DashboardThe Dashboard gives you a customised overview of what is happening in blaq.
PlannerThe Planner shows a calendar view of your activities.
ActivitiesThis shows a list of the activities you have added into the system, as well as activities added by other users where you have been included as a participant.
TasksThis section of the CRM allows you to enter your tasks, much like a 'To Do List'. Each task can be given a due date, a progress status and a priority. In the list mode, you will see the list of your tasks. In edit mode, you can add or alter a task.
NotesThis enables you to keep notes about your accounts.
Time SheetsTime sheets allow users to keep a record of the work they've done, both internal work and work for customers.
